Food and Beverage - Fundraising Opportunities

We are looking to help nonprofit service groups raise funds for their respective goals. You can make this happen by working one or more of our concession stands at any event at Frontier Field, and by organizing a group outing to a Red Wings game.

These groups had fun and raised money by operating a concession stand at Frontier Field:

"We are extremely grateful to be part of the family that makes up Rochester Community Baseball's food service and vending group. The 2004 season was our first as volunteer vendors, and we definitely plan to participate during the 2005 season! While it is indeed work that requires an organized person to recruit volunteers, it is also a great deal of fun. Each of the forty-five people who volunteered with us said they would love to help out again, and many did volunteer for multiple events. We found it to be a great way to build our volunteer family and get to know one other even better, while earning money for an organization that is near and dear to our hearts."
- Teresa Rodgers
Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Monroe Region

"We had a lot of fun working at the stands. A lot of work, but worth the outcome. We had everyone shouting 'Slugger' when someone ordered a Louisville Slugger hot dog. You are there to work, but also to have fun and raise money for your group."
- Dave Price
Laurelton Fire Department

"The Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Webster has been a service group at Frontier Field as one of the originals. We have enjoyed our work for many reasons. It's a great fundraiser for the church, and it is a great opportunity for fellowship among the parishioners and family members who have helped over the years. Working with the Frontier Field staff has also been a bonus. You treat us well, and make it fun to be part of what you do."

"Working a concession stand at Frontier Field is by far the best way for any nonprofit group to raise funds. No more going to your neighbors and relatives with yet another catalog! Frontier Field's volunteer program meets the needs of both large and small groups with its flexible, no-risk, easy-to-set-up plan. Best of all, it's fun! The Thomas Creek Figure Skating Club had a very positive experience with its first season in the program. We'll be back again!"

"Our Church has worked the Concessions stands for the last two seasons. It is a great way to make money for your organization. It's not difficult and it can be a lot of fun. The Frontier staff is very helpful and we are looking forward to next season and hopefully many more to follow."
- Don Metzinger
Church of the Epiphany, Gates

"Frontier Field Concessions has offered our group a unique fundraising opportunity. Our volunteers enjoy working together at Frontier Field because of the great support staff and the atmosphere. Everyone has a great time and our organization benefits, too. Volunteering has enabled the band to greet, meet, and work outside of our community and make us more visible to the people in the county area. We love it!"
