2007: Began season in extended spring training on the Red Wings disabled list…activated from disabled list 4/13…had contract purchased by Minnesota 5/ 22 …optioned to Rochester 6/14…recalled to Minnesota 7/6…optioned to Rochester 7/ 9 …recalled for a final time to Minnesota 8/5 and spent the rest of the year with the Twins...Overall with Minnesota: 0-1, 4.71 ERA in 24 games in three stints…did not allow a run in his first seven appearances for Twins... Only four of the 16 runners he inherited with the Red Wings scored...Picked up first save as a Wing 4/23 vs. Syracuse (2.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R). 2006: Opened the season in Memphis’ (Triple-A, St. Louis) bullpen appearing in 27 games posting a 5.60 ERA...did not allow an earned run from April 12-April 19 (four appearances)...allowed 11 hits in his last five outings and was transferred to Springfield of the Texas League on June 27...made his first start on July 5 and pitched 3.0 innings...tossed 3.0 or more innings on five occasions including a season-high 4.0 on July 22 and 2005: Spent the majority of the season at Triple-A Memphis, making 50 appearances out of the bullpen for the Redbirds...pitched in six games with St. Louis on three separate recalls in April, May and June, and finished without a decision and a 10.50 ERA...went 4-5 with two saves and a 5.40 ERA at Memphis...the 5.40 ERA was the highest of his six-year minor league career...pitched more than one inning on 18 occassions, including 11 two-inning stints, with his season high a three-inning effort on 8/5 at Salt Lake (1 ER/ 3 H)...limited opponents to a .254 batting average with the bases empty at Memphis...average swelled to .355 with runners on base...opponents had eight hits in 13 at-bats (.615) off him with the bases loaded...had pitched 3.1 scoreless innings without allowing a hit spanning his first three games for Memphis before being recalled to St. Louis on 4/12 (Pulsipher-DL)...pitched in one game for the Cards (1.0 IP, 1 H) before being optioned back on 4/19...was recalled from Memphis for a second time on 4/27 when J. Isringhausen was placed on the DL...appeared in three 2004: Made stops at Tennessee (AA), Memphis (AAA) and St. Louis (N.L.)...was named to Southern League All-Star team andfinished seventh among STL save leaders with 14...fanned 47 batters to just 19 walks in his 46.1 IP for Tennessee...posted nine saves and a 2.03 ERA (13.1 IP/3 ER) in his 12 appearances during June...earned a late July promotion to Memphis and continued to post strong totals...was unscored upon in his first five games for the Redbirds, allowing just two of 11 batters to reach base...struck out 20 batters in 20.0 IP for Memphis and walked just four...limited LHB’s to a .120 BA (3-25)...contract was purchased from Memphis on 9/3 and he made his ML debut on 9/8 at SD with 0.2 IP...appeared in 10 games with Cards, fanning eight batters in 7.1 IP. 2002: Doubled up with Potomac and Peoria for the secondstraight season...allowed just one home run in his 29 games (35.0 IP) with Potomac...held opposing LH batters to a .224 mark (11-49)...was promoted to Peoria in late June and went 1-1 with a 1.78 ERA in 24 games, allowing no HR’s over his 35.1 innings of work...worked a season-high 3.2 IP with 5 K’s while earning a save on 8/11 vs. Quad Cities. 2001: Combined for 51 games (all in relief) between Peoria (A) and Potomac (A)...began the year with the Chiefs and went 7-3 in 39 games, winning seven straight decisions from 6/28-7/22 before moving to Potomac roster...the seven-game win streak came directly on the heels of a seven-game losing skid that had stretched back to the 2000 season...winning streak climbed to eight games with a 1-0 mark in 12 games for the Cannons...posted a 2.19 ERA for Potomac in12.1 IP. 2000: Was used exclusively as a starter in his first professional season, appearing in 14 games for New Jersey...dropped seven of his nine decisions, including each of the last five...the seven losses ranked second in New York-Penn League...posted his first professional win on 7/2 at Lowell with 7.0 scoreless IP...fanned a season-high eight batters in 4.0 IP on 8/24 vs. Queens...allowed just three home runs in his 70.0 IP.
