2007: Started the season with the Red Wings before getting promoted to Minnesota 4/10 …optioned to Rochester 5/2…promoted back to Minnesota 7/31...Overall with Minnesota: .222-0-9 with 11 steals in 12 tries in 56 games...Vs. LHP: .337-1-4; vs. RHP: .240-2-16…hit .330 in June...His first two HRs came leading off the first inning: 6/3 vs. Scranton/W-B and 7/13 at Syracuse (only run of game in 1-0 Wings win).

2006: Began season at Single-A Ft. Myers and promoted to New Britain, July 14...reached base safely 4 times and stole 3 bases, July 27 @ New Hampshire...hit safely in first seven Eastern League games, going 11-35 (.355), July 13-19...had eventual game-winning hit (RBI 2B) in 10 th inning, July 17 @ Reading...had three hits in Double-A debut, July 14 vs New Hampshire...batted .331 (107-323)...Was leading the FSL in batting (.371), hits (107) and stolen bases (31) at time of promotion...ranked 3 rd in FSL with 56 runs scored and six triples...had 13 game hitting streak, June 15-July 8...starting shortstop in 2006 Class-A Florida State League All-Star Game..named the 2006 Sherry Robertson Award winner as the Twins’ Minor League Player of the Year...batted .318 (157-493) with 84 runs, 22 doubles, seven triples, one home run, 46 rbi and 50 stolen bases in 123 games (78 with Ft.
